In February 2013 I received a 1.5-year contract from the Air Force Research Laboratory at Kirtland Air Force Base. We will be performing basic research to characterize how turbulence generates photon orbital angular momentum states in electromagnetic radiation. CONTRACT FINISHED.

In February 2013 I received a one-year contract from Lowell Observatory, a member of the Navy Prototype Optical Interferometer consortium.
